1.) In order to protect your business and ours...we require a signed contract prior to beginning any project.

2.) Any estimate given by Colby Creative Consulting will be valid for 30 days.

3.) Colby Creative Consulting requires a 50% retainer fee, prior to the beginning of any project.

4.) In order for us to meet your deadlines, we ask that all content for the project be given to us in a timely manner after we’ve signed a contract and collected the retainer. The sooner we have the information the sooner your project can be completed. All content must be received in .doc, .txt, or .rtf format. Excepts will be communicated ahead of time.

5.) In order to make sure everything goes smooth with your project, we ask that you provide us with one contact person. That person will have the power to approve any work done by Colby Creative Consulting so that the project can be completed in a timely manner.

6.) We ask that you notify us with any upgrades to your project as that will change the estimate given by Colby Creative Consulting. This will help you avoid being surprised by additional charges that may occur.

7.) As with most projects, there may be a point at which you would like to make changes. It is vital that you let us know, ASAP so we can make appropriate preparations. You will be allowed 2 sets of revisions for the template and 2 sets of revisions for the content after those revisions additional fees will be applied.

8.) Plagiarism is completely forbidden at Colby Creative Consulting. You are solely responsible for the content included on your website. Accordingly, you agree to harmless from, and personally indemnify Colby Creative Consulting against, any and all claims, suits, demands, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney fees), fines and damages of any type or amount, by any third party, relating to or arising from the content of your site.

9.) If for some reason there is a delay in getting us your information or approval, without proper notification, your project will be put on hold until we can get back to it.

10) The Final Payment...when your project is completed you will have 30 days to make your full payment. Your project will not be delivered or uploaded to the final web server until final payment is received. After the initial 30 days your balance will begin to accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per year) until paid in full.

11.) Our business hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. MST, Monday thru Friday with the exception of holidays.
